The maintenance crew at the Lofts at Riverwalk are top notch, especially Jacob. They address issues promptly and communicate along the way. I haven't had many request with them, but the one that I did I was always confident that it would be resolved properly.

Me & my husband moved in here about a month ago, & we have been so happy! The staff is amazing, & Mackenzie especially helped make our move in as seamless as possible. I love my apartment (especially my HUGE bay windows in the living room). Any minor issue I’ve had has been met with urgency & efficiency. We love the area & the atmosphere here! I cannot say enough good things. As newlyweds, this is the perfect first home for us!

The front staff is AMAZING! They made the move-in process so smooth, and I was coming in from out of town. Savannah S. and the others are also so welcoming and always willing to help me with anything I need. Lastly, Jacob in maintenance can fix anything. I would recommend living here to any of my friends and family!
